At TMC Fine Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring no other labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewellers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
